FAQ

What is Detroit-style pizza

Detroit-style pizza is known for being square, cheese on the bottom, sauce on the top, and the “frisco.” The frisco is the

unique crunchiness of the dough that forms around the edges of the deep dish pizza from the cheese melting along the edges in our special pans.

We make our dough and sauce from scratch. Our sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes and has a slight kick. We use a blend of muenster and mozzarella cheeses to be like the Wisconsin brick cheese classically used for Detroit-style pizzas.

How do I place an order?

We are just kids so we are starting small. We will be making our pizzas twice a month. Pizzas can be reserved and ordered on a first come first serve basis. Pizzas can be reserved using the "Menu & Ordering" button on our website. Just use the SignUpGenius link to reserve and then pay for your pizza via Venmo @Eric-Pevzner
